About Me
I love what I do and I do what I love. I live by that rule and I am fortunate to do so. My passion is teaching and I do so in the most creative and engaging way that I can think of. Depending upon the need that may involve highly animated and interactive eLearning or something as simple as a one-page job aid. I believe in analyzing needs and wants and then allowing the process to organically grow the project. I believe the best design approach is the one that is open to the need.
AI
My latest endeavor, if not passion is AI. I believe with educated use it can transform our learning and training. What used to be a daunting task (custom or personalized learning, reviewing volumes of content etc.) can now be done in minutes if not seconds. This allows us to do more for learners than ever before. I'm not an expert but I am gaining more and more knowledge by attending workshops and webinars and by actually using it.
