This course provides an overview of everything VinFast including, a short history of the company, the vehicles, batteries and charging and more.

This was the first e-Learning in the US market. It caught on and was quickly repurposed in Europe and Canada with translations into French, German and eventually Vietnamese.

My role was to provide project management and to create the course, wing to wing. 

This eLearning was for internal sales and provided dealerships with the knowledge and skills to promote VinFast Electric Vehicle ownership. Its scenario based and includes the three guided steps throughout the VinFast Showrooms.

The course includes interactive knowledge checks throughout and a quiz at the end. My role was the creation of the course, wing to wing.

CareCredit Certification training is a unique training in that it is required by the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau. This course is compliance based and reflects the do's and don'ts of doing business transparently.

While at CareCredit we reached a total of 500k completions. My role was creative designer and project manager.

When using CareCredit you are given financing options. In this branched course those options are explained using animated characters in an office setting.

This was the first animation training for CareCredit. The characters were custom created for CareCredit and our team consisted of project managers, developers, graphic designers and script writers. My role was to manage the project and ensure the accuracy of the content. 

This course provides an orientation for Temple Health employees designed to help them navigate the facilities and educate them on Temple's Standard of Excellence. My role was the creation of the course, wing to wing.

This was a series of 8 courses created for the Order Services Client Relations (OSCR) department. Each course was created in Vyond and progressed to the next. The idea was to chunk out all of the department responsibilities into 8 digestible modules of information. My role was designer and developer of all modules.

This scenario based quiz question served as a template for many of the quizzes. In general, knowledge checks and quizzes were a part of all courses in this company. My role was to create the questions and then create company templates for future use.

This is a systems training course for physicians. It is a step by step "how to" showing how to create tasks, access appointments and in general how to use the portal for patients. My role was to create the course, wing to wing.

This course is a deep dive into listening to the customer and learning how to be sympathetic to their needs. This was a multimedia approach using spokespersons from the company as well as actors. My role was to put together the course using all of the interactive pieces as well as editing some of the videos.
