The following samples reflect my work in Instructional Design. They include systems training, scenario based training, animation and video work. I'm comfortable in most authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, Vyond and Camtasia as well as graphic editors such as SnagIt and Photoshop.

Suburu - Four Steps to Empathic Listening
This course is a deep dive into listening to the customer and learning how to be sympathetic to their needs. This was a multimedia approach using spokespersons from the company as well as actors. This course is highlighted on the Creative Design Group work page at https://cdg-la.com/#work. This project helped catapult The Creative Design Group into a Learning and Development company.
My role was to create the interactive, blended learning in Storyline and video editing in Camtasia.
